AIROFLY is a complete manufacturer, we will build and assemble your complete Flyer kit as a production product, program, debug, test fly, disassemble, crate and ready it for shipment to your home location.

We are now 8 months into the prototype build, the frame is complete and we have begun systems installation

Once we are ready to begin production manufacture we will open our numbered production schedule program, then upon receipt of a fully refundable deposit you will be assigned a production number and an expected completion date. The remainder of the purchase price will be due and payable upon the construction completion of your airframe sequence number.

AIROFLY Partial Build Kit Program €35,000

What better way is there to accelerate the early construction phase of your AION flyer kit building project than by purchasing the 51% partial build airframe kit to your home workshop or you vcan work in a fully equipped facility, with access to professional assistance when needed?

The Service Center Head Start Program at our manufacturing facility in Montenegro is designed to provide first time kit builders the opportunity to work on-site with their project prior to kit shipment to their own home base. The long-term advantages of participating in the Head Start program are amazing. Not only does it allow the builder to focus on the project without many of the usual distractions, it also allows you to get organised, to learn from experienced building assistants, and to develop good working habits from the start.

Each builder is provided a work area in the Service Center, which includes use of tools, jigs, and overhead. Participants can spend any length of time in the program. Builders work with their own kit components and are responsible for the organisation and cleaning of their work area. Special tools, shop equipment, rags, sandpaper, clean-up materials, gloves, drinking water, and coffee are provided at no extra cost. Builders are given unrestricted access to their building area 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Builders are required to keep their work areas clean, organised, and free of safety hazards.

AIROFLY technicians are available during Service Center operating hours for any assistance required by builders in the Head Start Program. For those just starting their project, the work day often begins with a lesson on the next step to be completed. Builders continue on their own, seeking technical help as needed.

AION plans, Specifications & Full Components List. €16,500

Prefer to do build your AION flyer at home as you can afford it? Then this is the experimental option for you, we supply the plans airframe skeleton and online instructions and you manufacture and put it all together at your own speed and in your own timeline. No welding or other specialised equipment is needed, just the usual home garage tools that everyone is familiar with. Carbon Fibre layup instructions and other training videos are on our owners' YouTube channel.

This option allows you source the hardware and flight components yourself and choose virtually anything configured on your flyer.

The service also comes with a builder support link and provides technical support for your project along with access to our online builders site where you will find all the safety bulletins that AIROFLY issues along with other factory updates and online manuals

AIROFLY Super Heavy Lift Flyer (built to customer's specifications). POA

The core basis of the AIROFLY system is the Super Heavy Lift (SHL) multi-rotor platform that supports the personal flyer and its systems. The SHL frame can be incorporated into many other designs and applications, so autonomous missions in multiple different roles can be undertaken. Fully customisable and designed to order the possibilities are almost endless.

To prepare new owners to fly their craft, AIROFLY requires flight training within a customer familiarisation and experience environment at a suitable location.
